How to View Box office movies on a dreambox?

We Made a small contribution of ?1 each for the boxing match tonight so that one person will buy and 15 others will connect to him.

Channel is activated, but dm500 cant get even the highlights. No problems with dm800HD. I can see 17 sky box office channels and tried each and every one of them and no picture and no transponder information.

How to scan for these channels on dreambox? its looking like it will be money down the drain, my ?1

I have no issues viewing it on other satellites. Problem is how to vis Sky UK box office, 28.2E? In official box there is no problem at all. DM800HD also has no problems bringing the picture.

Issue is DM500. Sky box office channels are tehre but there is no picture. its just blank.
