Does it matter what CCcam is used?

I have a dm500s and the image that came with it was the pli jade green image, so i just kept it and the available CCcam was CCcam 2.2.1 so i just downloaded that.

i know this is not the latest CCcam but it seems to be working fine for me.

what benefit would i get by getting the latest CCcam?

personally i always tinker however can always try upate and revert back to old if no good sometimes its good to have a play around

2.13 and 2.14 are stable so try with one of them.

tbh the old addage is "if it aint broke dont fix"the only advantage for updating would be if you were running your own server and you needed an update

If your saying you downloaded 2.2.1.. Then that's the latest.. Couldn't work out if thats what you ment.

there are known issues with 2.1.4

i stick with 2.1.3, seems to be the best they have made

2.1.3 is no good for white card though wont auto update entitlements, you need 2.1.4 for that.

trust me, it auto updates the white card, mine has never left my dm800 and i order box office all the time
