    Dreambox and Free

    Hi everybody,

So, I have a DM500-S and Free as internet operator.

When I switch on my DM500-S, I can't go on internet. Is it normal ?

    Do you have solutions ?

    Thanks.

      Oh excuse-me.
My problem is when my Dreambox is started, I can't go on internet from my computer.
The Dreambox cut the internet connexion.
      Thanks for the link.

If you are having problems connecting to the internet then have you actually checked the link to make sure that you have correctly configured your dreambox for the internet?

            hello

i think that your problem come from the ip adress
you have same adress in dm and the pc.

the solution is to have a fixed adress in the dm let say for example 200

in this way the pac if it have a fixed ip must be different form 200 let say 111 for example. You can also let the adress of the pc to dhcp the router will affect 2 3 ... and never arrive 200

i hope this will solve your problem.

              Hi everybody.
Excuse me for the answer but I've found a new job and I have little time to surf.
              Normally the configuration is good.
A friend has the same configuration like me and it works like a charm !?
That's why I'like to flash it and install a new iso but I must save important datas of it.
In my post, I tell us how to know where are the important files to save :

              Thanks.
