DM500 No signal

Hi all problem with DM500 dis morning, DM is powered on green light showing but no signal to television tried unplugging to reboot but still no signal checked and changed scart cable but still the same,when i look in through vents on DMBOX i see three yellow lights two are on and one is flashing.
Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

is there no pic at all menu,s etc ?
if so box may have crashed may need reflash the box

Thank for your reply,iv tried flash the box with dream up but only get to when its connecting uploading complete waiting on acknowledgment then it just freezes.
