factory reset by son

hi people i jus dead the wife going to kill she left son at home with me while she went shopping and my son did a factory reset on dm600 i have lost every thing how do i get it all back to normal the box keeps asking for longitude and lattiduei have a motorised dish but t when i go in to multi sats there is only one sat which is 28.2e which i have scanned and the channels that come up are 19e plz plz plz plz plz urgent

put your longitude and lattitude if u using usual in your motor , to find that go to google map

You need to see if your positioner has a resync option before you do anything else. If it has then you will get your satellites back. If you mess first you will lose those settings that you had before.
