    DM500s sound very quiet (low)

Have a DM connected to a tv via scart. Im finding the volume is very low. Obviously ive the volume on the DM turned up. IS there any other settings?

make sure the scart is pushed in fully both sides, and aplogies for stating the obvious but turn the TV up. My analogue tv sound is louder than the dreambox.

Wll, I notice something else on my dm 500s clone and original one, with diferent images on boot period over scart conected with TV, sounds diferent, somethimes quite loud somethimes quite, sound on TV in moment when power ON on box, it's little unconfortable

As far as I know this is a known issue with DM500 Clones mate. If possible use the yellow, red and white (RCA) cable you received with the box and connect to your tv that way to see if theres any improvement in audio. If like me you have a speaker system you could connect to the tv via scart, turn the tv volume down completely, and connect the red and white audio cables from your dreambox to the speakers and use them for you sound. It's much better.
