dreambox 500s stuck

Hi mate my dreambox 500s was working fine and suddenly gone off i switched off and switched back on again but nothing happen its stuck on green light.my remote is not working either any help appreciated thanx.

Probably a reflash will sort it out

You said you turned it off and then on again? Did you pull out the power lead as well?

the image may be faulty or corrupt ,get the same image from another source ,then open dreamup and before flashing the box look just above where it says flash (you will see flash erase ) click on flash erase to get rid of the old image and then click on flash and flash the box as normal.
