dm500 has driven me mental.

hi folks,and to all a happy new year.i am having a problem with my dm500,after working away for the last 3months i switched on my tv to watch the dm500 and all i am getting is a black screen which just keeps flickering as if something is trying to switch on.never mind thinks i coz ive got a spare dm500 that i set up a couple of months back and was working fine.so swapped boxes but the same thing again flickering black screen.i have tried a new scart lead,no joy,then i reflashed the original box with new image still no joy.both boxes have pli jade image and were both working fine with my motorised dish.just tried them both on a new tv and same problem.can anyone suggest anything,cheers.

You have to flash your box with new image

does you box respond to the remote? like turn it off or on?? try rgb leads, think thats what they cally em, red,white & yellow leads

have reflashed box.will try the rgb leads.i get no response from the box via the remote.thanks for your suggestions.
