backgroud noise

hi all, would like some help in getting rid of excess noise in background.... kind of hissing sound!

had the same thing once sent it back and the guy fixed it , not sure what he did but it can be fixed.

sound is pretty crap in mine too. Make sure the volume is all the way up on the dreambox. i pipe it through my stereo when it bugs me too much, more settings to fiddle with.

do u use a cheap scart cable, try a different one

it was the scart cable, i replaced it and now sounds great!
