Missing Channels

I am new to this dreambox, but have it up and running, and have put in the latest bouteques/sat file from the downloads for hotbird 13 deg, when i click on any channel which is under 1000 it cant find them, yet any channel with a number above that its fine, anyone ever came across that before?

are the channels displayed in the channel list but not opening ?,are the channels in the llist that wont open greyed out ?.also what version of dreambox do you have and what image are you using.
