how can i reflash dream box 500s

I have dremabox 500 s some programs sometimes do not work properly, and i whant to flash it. but is needed usename and pasword . i dont know the username and pasword . Can someone help me please

you can flash with dreamup it will delete any other password and revert back to dreambox, if i was you i would just rescan if its dropped a few channels, as some channels have moved frequency lately so a new scan will get them back

reflashing hasnt reverted it back to original?

and you are using ALL lower case letters?

a factory reset may work to change the password ,but if not you will need reflash the box. you can download dreamup from the downloads section or from the links in my signature area . i would recommend that if you do reflash you first perform a flash erase (this will clear the current image ) when you open dreamup on the right of the screen you will see flash and just above it will be flash erase (just click on that it only takes seconds ) the flash the box as normal.
