Dreambox freezing issue

I have just got a dreambox DM500 and im connected to a server recieving all ASTRA2 28.2 channels
Problem i have is i get screen freezing on all paid channels. I checked how many cards are using the server and it is 286. I tried to ping server IP and it is getting timed out.
Im guessing there is nothing i can do about this?
Sometimes it can go 15 minutes without any freezing, but when it does freeze it freezes between 2 seconds and 20 seconds ANNOYING!!! It actually depends what channel i am watching, for instance sky sports 1 is better than RED HOT to watch.
