    TV via ethernet ?

    Hi everyone !
    I got a DM500 S and wondering if its possible to watch "live TV" via ethernet cable on my laptop ?Can I connect box and laptop straight via ethernet cable or better via wireless router?Can I use VLC player or any other player with streaming function?
    I dont want toi record anything,just watch TV. Optos
