Challenge and Channel 1 picture problems!

Just wondered if I could get some advice please?

Got DM500s (x5) in each room all running pretty much rock solid.

However, I've (well, the wife actually) noticed Challenge and Channel 1 either remain as a black screen and never clear, or will be blocky as hell, to the point that the screen is black, with an odd coloured block here or there, and is still completely unwatchable. Channel 1+1 clears fine, most of the time.

To my knowledge no other channels suffer this. The DM with the Sky card opens the channels fine, with no problems, and it's only a home server, so shouldn't be under load with the small number of boxes it's serving. (I assume?)

I've tried the bouquet lists provided by Sgt FlipFlop and Silverfox, in case my custom list were ~~~~ed, but no differnce, and I'm using PLi Jade MaxVar with CCcam.

Anybody any ideas I can do to solve this please?

do a rescan then go to all services and find the channel one that works and replace the one that doesnt or do manual scan on frequency 11738 v 27500 fec2/3
