No service searching menu

Hello
In a clone dm500 the option service searchign in menu has gone,and also the tuner output voltage is 3.4V.I have tried many images but nothing.
Any idea to fix it?

Have you tried going into setup and satellite configuration to select either single lnb or diseqc, if you have tried this and no joy and you say you have tried many images, it could be hardware fault, if you are certain lnb is ok, then it may be your tuner has shorted, unfortunately depending on which clone dm500 you have the tuners are built into the board, so may be a replacement box or you could be lucky and have removable tuner in which case just get a new tuner.

Configuration menu and all menu about searching channel is dissapear.I also tried to change Q72 but the problem exist

I would definately say TUNER fault then.
