    JTAG program problems

    I have problem with JTAG DM500 clone. When I open the jtag_windows programme it says "Could not determine parallel interfaces on your computer"Hi

    I have problem to start the jtag_windows programme. I got the following error message:
    Could not determine parallel interfaces on your PC

    I'm using Windows 7 and have tried windows XP.

    Please help!

          It is a clone DM500 and it is dead. I have to JTAG it, so it can come alive again.

              have you tryed to reflash it with dreamup?
              what do you mean by dead?
              are there any ligths on?

              how did you kill it?
