Did auto scan on my 500HD NewEnigma2 took around 20mins there was no option to press ok at the end so exit the menu. saw that the new channels had not been installed

not been smart as i no very little about them but did ya select the right sat to scan
i never said ya werent pointing at 28.2 just make sure thats what your scanning
ya can scan 13.0 or similar when pointing at 28.2 and end up with no channels like you have
