    Some frequencies cannot lock!?!

All frequencies below (around) 11600 can not be viewed. They are getting 75-85 SNR but are unable to Lock!

This happend randomly when I turned it on one day, there hadn't been any bad weather and I have tried it with different cables, different outputs around the flat and even a 10dB filter! Everyone else using the communal dish are fine and it doesnt look damaged.

The company is sending me a replacement board for free but it won't come until the 18th (chinese new year and all) but I would like to fix it ASAP and was wondering if a new board would indeed fix it. Also if there is any way I can do it quickly myself. I am 90% sure it isn't the sattelite but I do not have a second box to test it with. Has anyone had this problem before? SKY movies works as does Living and Sky 1 but all channels below 11600 do not work. I am running Pli Jade2 if it makes a difference (I have tried different bouqets, manual searching, reflashing with different images).

I live in Greater London with a good size dish (larger than a mini-dish). In my living room we have cable but I tried using both of the outputs that are there (ready for sky+) and neither of them helped.

    Thanks,
    Matt.

Thanks for the suggestions but I have tried a 10dB amp and various bouqets, I even tried manual search which took forever! None of which helped.
