HOW TO SET UP OR RE-ARRANGE BOUQUETS IN DREAMBOX 600 PVR,

Can some one help me here, am very naive or novice if i may use the right words to myself,
so i need a clear explanations, am not a computer guru.
well my problem is i bought a new dreambox 600 pvr which is not a clone its original so i gave to a guy who said he is giving me a line,that is card sharing. now i can get all the chanels i really want but the way he did arrange the bouquets is my problem,he did mixed them so my kids cannot use the box,as its not just simple enough.its very complicated. so all i want to do is to re-arrange the bouquets, and i know i have to use the dreambox edit right, but i tried connecting my box to my laptop yesterday and opened the dreambox edit but just didn't know what to do or make my way round it.can some one help me here to explain properly to me so i will not wipe out all the chanels?or i its just i cannot do it? any help please? do i need to register with dreambox edit before or what?

looked through the guide its seems its the best as well, but as i told you am novice,well i tried step by step on the guide but could not connect to the box as the ip address i found on the box is this, :192.168.1.36
and srv ip address is this:192.168.0.40.
router ip is : 192.168.1.1
default ip : 192.168.0.5
so which one am i suppose to use?
also from the guide you have to load the bouquets,so do i have to manuely design the bouquets on my pc and load them?
