Is my dm500 dead or can it be fixed?

bought a clone dm500 the other day and it had the GP image on it, i tried to update the image then the box rebooted but it wont get past the boot logo screen with GP on it.

i tried using dreamup to flash but dreamup isnt connecting to my box at all.

i've tried 3 different null modem cables but it still wont connect

i've used 3 versions 1.3.2.1 , 1.3.3.4, 1.3.3.6 and its still the same problem

have you looked in the dream sat section,i presume thats a 500s and only use clone images on clones.

m8... dm 500s like dead your flashing images with bomb...it is better jtag to your box...to become alive again..
