Help! dm500S problem

I have a DM500s clone and after around 5 mins the display goes off and box gets stuck, picture still shows on tv but remote control does not respond at all. I have tried various different images like Gemini and nabilosat but with no luck.

I would be grateful for any help.

before flashing with a different image did you erase the first image ? its always wise to do that ,open dreamup and look where you see flash and look just above that and you will see flash erase (click on that to erase a flash it only takes a few seconds) as you have multiple flashes click on flash erase for each time you reflashed ,then flash the box as normal . look in the last link in my signature area and you will see nabilosat darkstar2 for the dm500 try that image it works perfectly all tho it will need an up todate satellite.xml file and thats easy to sort.
