help setting up dreambox 500 with VM superhub

Help needed

Hi guys
i have updated flash-image of my dreambox md500 with the dreambox control center CC293. everything was perfect. the update was finished (OK) and the program toldme to "restart my dreambox manually if it did not restart automatically".
the box did not restart automatically or even manually. it is now always (on) with the green led and cannot be turned off even after unpluging the power cable.
it is like dead, and the tv screen is black like nothing exists.
what to do????
please advice if there is any way to run the box again and bring it back to life.

im using a virgin superhub and running 2 dm,s off of it with no problems at all
