How to clone DM500 to another DM500

I am a newbie and recently got two DM500 with some pvt card sharing by paying $600, due to fault of mine one of the box got factory reset ,now asking the shop to reconfigure me the factory reset box at first he refuse and is asking for hefty amount to reconfigure. I still have one box working properly. Is there a way I can copy/clone working box to my another box. Would appreciate any help and will be highly obliged if the help is in detail as I am totally new to DB.

I was able to bring up my dead box....yr procedure works.
