Re-use my old dm600c

Hi all, before all went tits up on the cable front was using the dm600c for a while. Now i've gone over to sky. I want to get my 600c working again with a sat tuner installed. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a sat tuner?
Also i'm interested in picking up the Nova channels (or others)for 3pm games. Is this easy to setup?
I'm quite adept in programming the dreambox so any help much appreciated.

all you need is a Sat tuner mate and to get the 3pm kick offs as well as Sky you'll need a motorised set up.. 1 meter dish will give you the best range of games..

600 tuners are quite few and far between now.. most sites have discontinued them in favour of the 800

Thanks for the quick reply opsmonkey. I plan on using a seperate dish for the 3pm kick off (well sport in general) as it will be in a different room to the sly box.
Will it be easier just to get hold of a dm500s (clone?) as i dont really need the pvr functions of the dm600c.

Sorry to go on a bit but after I have puchased the box what else would be required to get this up and running?

you can get a DM518S (uprated clone) for ?40 delivered from China..

you'll need to hook it up to your router and create a static DynDNS account for your IP account then you will need a share, which can't be talked about here mate, its against the rules..

google cardsharing there are tons of forums

or you could buy an official card from a broadcaster like Tring

Ah ok cs is the way for this then - thought it might still be the old keys system!
Anyone any ideas on the best place for a tring card or another supplier showing epl 3pm games.
Is it easier just to have non 3pm games and all others??

keys are all but gone now mate.. I'm not sure if Bulsat is open with keys..

SkyUK are the only Premier League broadcaster in Europe (if not the world) to not show 3pms because of the FA rules about matches shown in England (UK)

All European broadcasters with EPL rights show at least one 3pm KOs..

Ah ok, so all others will be 3pm anyway.
I've read about bulsat it was on my list so will have a search about in here for some more info.

If the dm600c is a clone then you won't be able to change the tuner as it is soldered on to the motherboard. For the price of a tuner you could probably buy dm500 though personally I would go for a dm600 clone rather waste my money on a dm500.

just to help you out here, in case the op decides to get a card, the dm518 has a card slot but no cardreader is fitted, they opted to fit an internal psu instead of the cardreader

I have an original dm600 with a plug in module. Will this version card slot read a tring card?

Is a fixed dish pointing at 39e an easy setup to carry out and are keys easy to find and update for bulsat? How long do you guys think this will last with keys??
