PLEAAAAAAAASE HELP ... URGENT ... I TRIED EVERYTHING !!!

My Name Is Michael ... I'm from Jordan ... I have a problem with my dreambox it has been bugging me for like a month please help me with any ideas you may think of
I bought a DM500s with an gemini on it and also a cam (I don't remember what kind of cam maybe mgcamd or newcamd ... I bought a six month subscription for cardsharing with the dreambox (that's the way it's done around here) and now it's lost , but the vendor is out of country and I'll have to wait for like 2 weeks (no champions league
)to get my subscription back !!!)) , so one day the dreambox freezes at startup on that GP screen and never proceeded .
So by using dreamup and my null modem cable I was able to flash a new software and everything went back to normal ... except that whatever emu I install doesn't work and encrypted channels don't get decrypted , since that config file is missing .
but ...
what I need help with , is that I backed up my corrupted image before I flashed a new one ... it's extension is img , and by using dcc I was able to get a root.cramfs version of it ... so IS THERE ANY WAY IN HELL I can extract files from that image using PC ? btw as you already know , when the dreambox is stuck on GP screen no FTP connection can be made, so dcc doesn't connect when I flash the old image ...the only thing i can do next is flash a clean image using dreamup + null modem cable .
The only improvement I made is that while having a clean image on dreambox , I opened dcc and flashed the old one on it ... for 1 time out of like 20 ... I was able to see 2 bin folders , 2 var volders ... and so on ... but when I tried to copy what I want it said ftp disconnected and no matter how many times I tried to get back to that point , I never saw those files again, what happens is flash erase (connection stays) ... then copy old image to flash (connection stays) ... then booting the old image (connection ends) ... and I still can't get my files from the old image .
If ANYBODY , ANY MEMBER , ANY ADMIN , ANY PERSON has an idea on one of the following ... please help and you'll have my thanks for ever !!! :
1-getting files from dreambox using null modem cable (since when I flash the old image , only serial connection works)
2-extracting files from the image as it as on PC either the img files or the root.cramfs file
3-somehow flashing 2 images on dreambox and mounting one to use it for FTP connection and the other is the old one that I want to get my files from .
4-fixing the corrupted image
5-ANY IDEA THAT MAY HELP
