Using Dreambox 500s with motor

Hi guys trying to set up a motorised dish with my technomate TM2600. Using a MAxx1000 sat reciever outside with a TV I set up 7W no problem and manually moved dish via motor to 28.2E. I thought all was well, reconnected inside to my 500s and got my 28.2E channels. I decided last night to set up the other channels but when I entered the menu on my 500s to set up motor and saved the settings a message came up moving to 28.2E and the dish went west as far as it could go. I now have no channels. Does anybody have a guide to setting up the 500s motor as I have tried some guides. Also heard USALS does not work to well with the 500s - help

Here is a wee guide I made up. Basic enough. its based on installing a motor system. Just skip down to the box set up.

Cheers mate - I managed to get the dish aligned on 7W and 28.2E it was the dreambox I could not get to remember that it was already on 28.2E. Will try what you have suggested regarding storing the positions.
