DM500s image lost every day

Hi.
I have a dm500s, recently i had to reinstall the image on it. after a few days (2 to bee more exact) i had to reinstall the image again. last night i installed pli image, this morning the image was gone. any ideas. thank you

what do you mean image was "gone" physically not on the box anymore ? Or box wouldnt boot correctly image corrupt ?

the box does'n boot, i can only connect to it with dreamup and rs232 cable to reflash the image

i have also had same problems with a few dm500's but just sent them back...
