help with multi epg

can any one please help i have a dreambox 800hd clne with black hole enigma2 and naplosat insatlled if that make sence
well i have downloaded the latest epg all good there i can see the epg for the channel but when i press the blue button to view multi epgs nothing i can only check the epg of one channel ata time can anybody please tell me why

try info button then the blue button then the bouquet you want to look at

any image available that has single press to take you to the multi-epg? i'm sure on my old 500s running PLI jade you could set your preference for the EPG, but cant seam to find this on the 800HD. I cant be bothered with having to press multiple buttons to get there. and before anyone suggests the 'quick-button' add on, i've tried that and its too slow to load in my opinion, so want something more instantanious, if such an option exists.

Press Bouquet button,
Press 3 for Multi Epg,
Choose Bouquet,
Press ok.

tied that doesnt work can only get one channels epg at a time
