help i have lost all sats

can some body please help i have a dreambox800hd clone with nablisoat black hole insatlled i have a motorised system untill yesterday i had listed in my satalites all sats from west to east but now i have updated channel list the first sat that shows is thor it seem i hae deletd the west to zero degreas how can i get them back

thanks for that but the link take me to Catseye E2 Settings File 75 East-58 West is that correct as there is a lot of sats on there which i probaly carnt get how can i delet sats i dont want
