help with multi channel list

hi can anyone help i have a drembox 800hd and a motrised system i have recently installed a new channel list but when i go throgh the sat i find 68e 31e 305e 21.6e 16e and thor 1 west in the services they are shaded light grey and it say check tuner can i scan these sats if so how do i do it

you have to add them mate in the tuner settings then you will be able to scan the sats

so every time i install channel list do i have to scan sat even now they are not shaded grey

Hi , you dont have to rescan just add the sats in the tuner config settings on you dreambox.
