getting a dreambox 800hd flashed?

im new to this i has a dm800hd and im trying to get it flashed as it got corrupted. I got the program dreamup but can get it to work. I have a null cable but no port so i got a converter but it doesnt reconise it says no port found. i also need the new image for the dream box ,if any could help will be grateful

Hi ,have you tried flashing through web interface first ? if so then you need to download driver for usb port so it recognises you usb to nul adapter thats what i had to do.The image depends on if its clone or original dreambox.
