Hi I've just got a dreambox 800 clone and when I scan for channels only 2 transponders seem to be available neither of which is astra 28.2E which is the one I want. Is there any way to add transponders to the DBox 800 or will flashing a new image help. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.

Do you mean 2 satelites or 2 transponders? Is the dish pointing at 28.2? I would recomend another image after you have managed to get a lock on 28.2Comment

The dish is pointing at 28.2 and I have a sky box working off it so I know its ok. when I do a scan either auto or manual the only satellites it tries to scan are astra 3a/3b 23.2E and astra 19.2E and these are the only two listed in the box.Comment

No I had'nt but I've just done it now and it seems to have done the trick.I managed to scan astra 28.2.Thanks for the help very much appreciated.Comment
