DM800 Change Tuner (Cable > Satellite)

Hey all,

So I got sold a cable receiver thinking it was a sat receiver (it is a clone). If I buy a Rev M tuner then can I simply swap it out for the cable one?

I've read it must be a Rev L or J motherboard. How can i determine if this is the case? Will it just be marked somewhere on the board?

Yes you just buy 801a tuner m sat from ukdreamshop and a sat backplate as backplates are different and that's it simples
