yes m8 i think so. tony said he thought it was the tuner so said send it back which i did to the address on the invoice. it now seems ive sent it to the wrong address as he said that the address isnt the address on the invoice. every other stb i have bought has had the shop/company address on the invoice, the guy is a f***ing conman. he said ill send you a replacement tuner but if that doesnt fix it then he cant do anything else about it but he still hasnt sent me a replacement tuner so ive asked for a full refund as im sick of messing about with him. regards mdt

i have a new tuner that they sent me if you want that to try..if it works then you can get a refund off Tony and buy that one from me if you want...

ive recieved a email from tony saying please stop the dispute with pp as he has sent a tuner to me. isnt it amazing how fast things happen when you open a dispute, hopefully the new tuner will fix the problem but if it doesnt then ill stick with trying for a refund. regards mdt

When did he send as when i spoke with Tina today reagrding 2 boxes i have ordered for my dad and his mate...she said its still public holidays in Hog kong so no deliveries will be collected WED - FRI....glad you got sorted mate..dont close the dispite until item arrives

i recieved another email today off tony saying that his bos doesnt agree and he wont send me a new tuner untill i close the dispute on pp even though yesterday he said he had already sent one. im going to give it one more go and if i get no joy then i might buy that spare tuner and sod tony. why is this guy doing all this messing about for the sake of a ?30 tuner?? doesnt he realise that he his damaging his already dodgy reputation. i told him that im a honest guy and to do some checks on the forums. why would i go through all this aggro just to con him out of a dm800hd tuner? i dont even need this dm800hd as i have only bought it for having a play, its absolute madness imho. regards mdt
