storing a channel problem

When i manually put a frequency into the manual scan and then scan the dreambox it picks up the tv station which i want to watch but when i go to view it in satellites its not there .Can anyone help please ...Rhurbarb db800 using oozoon image

are you looking for it under bouquets section or under all services?

All services m8 .ive done a manual scan and it picks it up then i go to services and its vintage tv is lit up .press to view it and its not there.Vintage tv is what im after at 28.2e .

I have no cams loaded .just put a new image in so shouldnt make a difference being a clear channel.Cheers Waj...Rhurbarb

I dont think it is a FTA channel so with no cams installed and a source to provide it from you wouldnt be able to clear it.
