Cannot install TunisiaSat Addon Manager

Hi guys

Hoping somebody can put me out of my misery, as I cannot seem to get to the bottom of this!

Flashed my Dreambox 800HD with Nabilosat Blackhole v0.12 today on the recommendation of another forumer.

I understand that the Nabilosat update servers are dead at the moment and people seem to be using Tunisiasat addon manager to install CCCam.

My issue is that no matter how I seem to install the ipk file. It does not show up in the plugins menu on the box after a restart.

I have tried using IPK installer within DCC, and the telnet window shows that everything installed correctly, yet nothing shows in the plugins screen.

I also tried copying to the /tmp folder, chmodding to 755 and installing from the box, with the same issue.

Am i missing something obvious here? ipk manager in DCC shows that the package is installed.

Yes I see the servers are back up on the black hole v 012 image , but not on the dream elite . seems very strange that

I am having the same problem as you with installation of tunisiasat addon manager.

you need to use your ftp of your choice, go to the temp folder, drag and drop the file into temp folder.
Shut down ftp, go to the file manager with your remote in the blue pannel, go to your temp folder, highlight and then I think green to install. restart the box, it should then be in your plugins.

i too struggled with ftp (never seemed to be in the box after reboot), best 100% method is dcc
just click "upload package" , browse to it in popup box, and check screen for "installed" , reboot box and done ...

I'm sure southpaw's method will work, if not I personally don't use dcc, I use coreftplite. Just connect to the box and drag the file from the desktop and drop it in the temp folder, close the programme, then use the remote go to file manager, go to temp folder and install from there, reboot the box, should be there in plugins it's never failed for me. If you dont have any luck with those two methods, I would suggest to try another image.
