New Dream Elite 1.0 PRZ Sim2.01 ssl76 CCcam Issue

    Hello,

I was trying to install NDE1.0 PRZ on my DM800. I have Sim2.01 and have install SSL76D. I imaged the box successful but then tried to install CCcam. It's not available in any of the menu options, I tried to go to "Download Extra" but that says that the XML file is not correctly formatted (it only has a URL in it!) - I then downloaded a new extra.url that a number of forums said worked, and that got rid of the "Download Extra" option altogether. Finally I downloaded the appropriate ipk file and tried an manual install. Even though it says that the file is installed, I can't see it and there's no CCcam.conf in /etc.

Totally confused - I had to install Black Hole instead where as I wasn't the PRZ image.

    Can someone help please?

    Ali

have you tried doing it this way. press green on your remote then yellow for addons then select 'Addons Download Manager' then select 'Dream Elite E2 Image Cams'.

Hi, After installing Gem2 V 5.1 OE 1,6 SSL70 ,Sim2,01, although CCcam was in the box, it was not in the lists of CAMS.
I do have only an INTERFACE and nothing else.

How I should proceed to get my CCcam 2.2.1 working ??

Thanks for showing me a way to do it.

best method i found and always 100% works is download ipk package tunisiasat addons manager

you can download the cams from there , or add the updated extra url (restart enigma2 after adding the extra url)

you will not be able to download cccam from the download manager on a Gemini image. Although cccam may have been on your box if you have flashed it with a image you would have lost it. I would say Southpaw's solution would be best for you if you are planning on sticking with Gemini.

Thanks mate - appreciate your reply. I had tried that but I couldn't find it there either - really stumped by it.

Thanks Southpaw - let me try this - going reimage the box after the India-Sri Lanka match, so will try it then.
