i am not getting any channels through on my dm800.
i get no data on transponder. i have transfered sgt flip flops bouquets to my dreambox and i get a signal from every channel i put on ranging from 57 to about 90 but no picture.

ok how are you expecting to get picture?do you have a sky card?or are you cs?can you explain a little more what your doing ?

im am going to cs, but arent there some channels that would get through, that arent locked i mean? , i have tried e4 and bbc but nothing is geting through

yep your spot on you should be getting some fta channels like bbc1 and the likes what cam do you have on it? and have you enabled it not that should matter for fta channels

wot image is on box? is it a motorised dish?are you searching 28.2 ?

Im static, yes im searching 28.2 and the image is Gemini 3 it was on the box from Tony.

but it say's Loading enigma2 constantly in the lower left corner

dont sound right to me mate if its constantley saying loading ,do you know how to flash an image to it?did he say it was all ready to use?is it a clone do you know?

yeah i have flashed a few through the browser. it's a clone dm800 pro.
is there an image you would recomend for me?

ok were getting there first we need to find what bootloader it has and sim as we dont want to fry it im sure theres a few on here that would be suitable i have a vu+duo so am not really sure about yours

as i had exactly the same problem

take out the tuner: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwGz84eL2LU]YouTube - Smontare Dreambox dm800hd e montare la ventolina[/ame]

then clean with a rubber gently, put back in and mine worked fine.

Did the scan and got all the channels..

I had exactly same issues as you and mine worked after taking it to bits

Did u also have the loading enigma2 thing getting stuck going on your box before u fixed it?
ps my box is a bit different then the one in the video, it's the pro version and it has a golden square instead of a black one inside under the fan.. ?

it will be fine will come to bits the same way ..i watched the video after i had taken my box to bits

just gently take out the tuner which is like a graphics card in a pc.

I added a new image first though before i did anything

Try it and see how you get on
