Spoke to the chaps who run the server and the guys that provide the cline, they said know one else is having the problem? which is confused me even more, now some SD chennels are glitching?

In that case get a skin that provides ecm info so that you can see the ecm times

Press ok twice to check ECM time as soon it glitches, if its high then server problem, also you cant be downloading stuff or uploading on the same line connected to the box

Not downloading any stuff only 1 laptop connected via wifi and Dm is connected via ethernet cable to port 1 on Router.

I have selcted the the default skin (blue colour) on OPen pli image. pressing ok twice does not bring up the ECM, i see the dc which is 13.50 sometimes 16.00

so now selected the black skin called (magic) which does not bring up any ECM

please advise..

HD Glass 16 has a second ECM window but I've no idea if it's compatible with your image, hang on I'll go and have a look, will report back in a mo

when throught ftp, seen a file called ecm.info which reads

ecm time: 1.336 when it glitches

and ecm0.info

ecm: 2.392

which i believe is high others say you should get 0.300 or less, over this is extremely high, and will cause glitching.

So now how do i resolve this..

Well that's the problem, what is the number of hops?

Also I know this is going to sound ridiculous but what speed is your internet? Reason I ask is if you're miles away from an exchange and have crap upload speeds and with other devices connected that could be a possible cause?

I'm getting 5mb wireless and 7mb with direct Ethernet cable. I did think it may be 2 or 3 devices connected to it, but that's not right as no uploading is happening just simple browsing.

After giving them hassle and telling them I be coming round with the boys....they finally admit it's a hd card server issue which they have changed over, which Now has caused the problem, they will now change this back after 2 in the morning, that's why I'm on this now and still checking the hd channels at this time, I know I must be mad, but it's peace of mind for me..anyways after still checking the channels the glitching still occurs, gonna wait till Sunday night, then gonna kick off with them.

do the basic, then it's the server share problem, dont listen to any CS support telling you it's a problem with your connection....

I'm getting 5mb wireless and 7mb with direct Ethernet cable. I did think it may be 2 or 3 devices connected to it, but that's not right as no uploading is happening just simple browsing.

Now glitiching every 5 mins

After speaking to the chap, he has now advised there was a problem with glitching, after making the necessary changes. there is now NO glitching even ON HIS END...he advises there was last week, but not now after he changed the HD server.

I'm STILL experiencing the glitching, 1 every 5 mins only on the HD channels, especially the movie channels, I am getting 86% to 92% sometimes, when i press ok on open pli image.

Only 1 laptop being used for browsing only and not for d/loading, after speed test was carried (wirelessly) I'm getting 8.82Mb, which is cool, with cable its 11Mb

Another thing i was advised to check was the pluggins, if it took long to load, then it is an network issue, but this loaded under 5 seconds? which is fine..

Please advise..

are you sure you have the latest tuner?

if so there's only one option, change to another c/s provider.
