    external hard drive

    hi guys anyone know if a mains powered external 3.5 hard drive work on dreambox 800 ??? or dose it have to be a usb or internal drive

      Mains powered is fine mate. I use a 1tb mains powered.

          It needs to be formatted to ex2/3 or fat32 though

              My 1TB Portable drive is formatedd on fat32, but i keep getting

              error: missing /hdd/movie
              No Hedd found or HDD not initlized

              when i press red button to record..
