Looking for advice

Looking for advice, my spiderbox is glitching/freezing a lot so looking to by a DM 800 hd clone. The question is are these boxes the next move I should make or are there better ones to go for. I have seen them for around ?100.00 so that is the amount I have to pay. Thanks all

The glitching and freezing wont be the box it will be the server.
Loads including myself have a Dreambox so good support all round but nothing is perfect or plug and play.

Make sure you get the newest model of Dreambox 800, Pro version, Don't buy any of the older Rev models even if it is cheaper, Pay a little extra and get the glitch free Rev M.

Did a pro version for a friend recently was a bit sceptical cos it came from abroad alibaba etc Paid about 130 quid all in and put on the Phoenix Edition Blackhole.
First thing i noticed was no glitch at all and snr was up on all channels 100% on most of the hd ones.
They have come a long way recently tempted to flog mine and get a Pro Version now.

First thing i noticed was no glitch at all and snr was up on all channels 100% on most of the hd ones.
They have come a long way recently tempted to flog mine and get a Pro Version now.

Thats exactly what i did, sold a older rev L3 clone DM800HD wth a 120gig hard disk, and bought a DM 800HD Pro Rev M instead.

Got 218 for the old one with rev L3 on fleebay,so didnt even loose any cash on it, was 10 months old as well.

Do these boxes not glitch even if the server/line is rubbish?

If the server is rubbish, the picture will glitch like crazy. The new tuner just stops the glitching of hd channels caused by the tuner.

Thanks for the replies bottled buying one for ?100 off free bay will try a few different servers till i get a decent one
