ebay dont give out company names when they remove listings
they just email you a load of ol spill about the rules

i know, it took me a bit to work out how to email it since nothing was allowed as listing was removed.

it says you should contact the seller, but cant send the message as listing was removed

its shiteee the way its setup on there.....not helpfull at all

They might be. I've been selling on there for a months without any hassle and woke up this morning to find most of my listings removed. :/ Still some up there though so hopefully you will get it shifted beforehand. Oh well it was good while it lasted.

Most of the time yes but they emailed me this morning they said that an agent acting on behalf of Dream Multimedia notified them that my listings were in breach of their intellectual property rights.

I can confirm if you try and sell clone recievers on freebay you will get an email from fleebay telling you why your auction got removed.

I listed a clone Dm500c 2 years ago in FTA state of course, and listing was removed got an email from fleebay reason was "Dream Multimedia Intellectual property rights". So they do give a reason why auction was pulled an they do mention company names...

yes this has to be good news for the buyers , as if the sellers not emptyed there account paypal will have locked it and the seller cant get your money intill good feedbacks left , play with the box for a 1odays befor you leave good feedback ,

btw the sellers now selling a front door , and 6000 bricks + 1 bath!

Once the item has been removed, you're not obligated to pay if you've just bought it and paypal will reverse the payment if possible. So I imagine they've removed it for this reason.

I'm curious about the version of these boxes. Has anyone gotten confirmation if they're 800hd pro or 800hd se. Despite him saying they're 400mhz SE's, I still doubt it. I've never seen a clone SE and I'm not even sure if they're cloneable (like the 500+ and 7025). I guess any easy way to find out would be to email him and ask him if they have a HDMI port at the back, as opposed to a DVI port.

There are no DM800SE clones that im aware of, the DM500HD clones have only just hit retailers in the last 2 weeks, the chineese are concentrating on those..so no likrly Dm800SE clone for a while yet.

The Dm500HD clones are 400mhz CPU...but they dont have Rev M tuners or SIM 2.01, they are broadcom tuner with Ferarri SIMS.

It's not looking good. eBay message I got advised me to reverse the payment or seek a refund, and also check if I'm covered by buyer protection. It seems eBay believe this is a scam, or that could just be a generic email.

I'm still hoping but just a little less hopeful than yesterday.
