Hello,

Can anyone please help, I recently purchased a Dm800 HD and it was working fine, I tried to add more satellites so I could use my motor but I failed miserably and ended up with no channels, I now seem to have the channels back but some of them are greyed out and I am unable to view them (Especially HD channels).
I have a active cline for testing but could someone please point me in the right direction on how to get all channels working again.
I get a message when I try to open a greyed out channel saying;
SERVICE UNAVAILABLE, CHECK TUNER CONFIGURATION.

Hi, go into your tuner configuration, Tuner, make sure its on simple and on 28.2e, is your dish pointed at 28.2, i aint got a clue how the motorised dish and what settings to have in dreambox others maybe able to help you there, you can get pre done , get SGTFlipFlop-E2-bouquets, and use dreamboxedit to transfer them over and restart box. also what image you got ?

Follow this guide its dead easy.
Take it you have the correct Long and Lat in so the dish will move correctly?

Thats a great image, have it myself, tried others but this one is the best

In dbedit click options put the ip of the box in and click new enigma2 settings tab and save
then click ftp and send files to dreambox tab after it has sent then click reload settings on dreambox tab it should restart enigma on the box.

Do I just send files to Dreambox or do I have to choose a file to send

Just browse to were you extracted the set of files to on your pc and click send files it will do the rest for you

Is this right, I seem to be getting a bit lost, my original problem was I had done a scan but I had channels that where greyed out.
I am trying to get all channels back, if I send this latest bouquet file to the Dreambox will I then have to perform a re-scan?

the point of using a pre-made bouquet is that you do not need to scan for channels.

I keep getting this error, I have downloaded latest file and extracted it to my desktop and put it in a folder but when I select the file and come to send it to the Dreambox this error comes up;

DIRECTORY CONTAINS NO FILE CALLED SERVICES

YOU MUST USE THE FTP OPTION TO COPY ALL NECESSARY FILES FROM THE DREAMBOX TO THE YOUR PC
