rytec and satmate epg

for the past week or so i've had no EPG on my DM800. i have it set to load the Rytec EPG and the Satmate, but both seam to have stopped working recently - anyone else having issues?

i do mine manually and downloaded the satmate today no problem on blackhole image.

can you confirm the satmate setting your box is looking at?

Do a full reboot mate and as soon as it restarts do a manual download. That works for me.

do as the watcher says reboot! then manually using remote press blue >blue > blackhole epg > satmate> yellow then follow the on screen instruction always works for me
