Image not a .NFI file please

its actually an original DB8000 i had PLI jade3 installed and tried a Newnigma image today and after reboot got the no ca found I have managed to connect my dreamup to the box but every file I try to load it says file to big?

Found this mate,not sure if its any help but have a read,Andy.
Says img wont work,only nfi.

Unfortunately not no. thats how I normally load a .nfi file to my db8000 but on start up my box says no ca found so therefore my browser doesn't work until I load an image via dreamup, which I have connected right now but any .nfi file I load it says file to big!

So looking for something smaller?

Ok managed to find a file that works secondstage 69 however dreamup says calculating check sum......

For the last 5mins should it be doing something else by now?

Are you using Dreamup with Null and ethernet connected?
Its what ive used in the past,loads quicker than just null.
Might be worth trying a few different versions of Dreamup i know there are several patched versions.
Hope you sort it mate,another option is to buy a new sim?

Im just using null I will try Ethernet as well is a new sim expensive and an original one where from you think?

I think UkDreamshop sell sims,If you casn get Dreamup responding yopu have a good chance you can flash an image.
Lower bootloader from what ive read.

So in these situations the last option is a new sim then?

And then I can load my Nabilosat BH v12 image again via browser or will I have to start with Dreamup first?

Last option is new sim.
Loads of guides out there for No Ca Found.
Biggest problem is connecting to Dreamup but if you can do that you should be fine.Biggest cause of No Ca Found is choosing wrong image with wrong bootloader or image with Sim1 or Sim 2 or Ferrari or even Estar.
Not sure what original 8000 sim is but i bet that was your problem in first place.
