got dm800 when my house phone rings my box stops until i come offf the phone how do i stop this

What exactly stops? Your CS line? The picture from the box? Power to the box?

What kind of phone is it? Mobile?

no micro filter on telephone point which phone is connected to...

Microfilter problem or as is the case with my ADSL there is a fault with the line that nobody will acknowledge or even attempt to fix. I've had this problem now for the last few years and BT send in a phone engineer who disconnects the adsl router and says problem fixed, the broadband engineer says that the phone line is nothing to do with him.
