    dm800hd pro freezing

hi guys i have a dm800hd pro it freezes every 10 seconds on pay channels it works fine on free channels. snr ranges from 70 - 100 averging about 80. ecm goes from 0.222 - 3777 averaging 0.330. i have emailed were it comes from and he wonts to connect to my pc remotly. is this wise decision to let him. my internet connects strait to the box so nothing else on network. is there any thing i can try my end to solve this problem.

Older 800s worked better with an inline amp but yours is a pro so this shouldnt be an iussue It seems the problem lies with your providers server

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

High ECMs are most probably down to the server being oversubscribed...

Would you really regard ecm average times of 0.33 as being bad?

yes 0.33 is bad, you should get between 0.12 - 0.16 from a good server

I would love a constant 0.33 as thats watchable.
Cant see many pirates giving you 0.12 to 016 at a contant rate.

                      Andy.
