    Help needed with 120gb usb hard drive

    I can use USB sticks with no problem. Now trying 120gb USB hard drive and it can't be seen by 800hd.

      Is the something i need to install on box so it can see usb hard drives?

          Some people have problems with USB HDDs without their own power supply as the Dreambox can't supply enough for the HDD to work.

              thats what it maybe.

              The usb hard drive has 2 usb's coming from it.
              So can i usb extender to ipod mains on one?
