DM800 keeps freezing, screen going black help plz

My screen keeps going black even on FTA channels and i ned to reboot he box, the box is cool so not over heating.

I thought may be the line, but have same supplier on another box and works fine.

I have the rami image...should i try another image do you think?

Have you tried it with just one box on and i dont suppose your using the same ip settings for both boxes?
Are you getting any snr on the blank channels?
Start with leads and connections first though,normally a loose f connector,

Which rami image are you using? There are quite a few around.

i think it may be the cable as i have used an extender dvi to hdmi lead i bought on ebay..so gonna change the image and the cable

Try it with the scart and see if that works then you know for sure if its the hdmi to dvi cable.
