I have a problem with my dm800 clone,its connected to a fixed sly dish.

problem is i can't seem to scan astra 28.2 channels onto it,i used to bae able to,but its not letting me now.

its only picking up astra 19.2 and eurobird

you could try a factory reset ,this is not as extreme as it sounds . the box will keep the image and it will revert to the set up stage ,this is where you choose tv type (pal ) set the time and date ,choose diseqc type (for a fixed dish its either one single satellite or simple setup depending on your image ) then you choose a satellite (i hope astra/eurobird 28 east will be there ) then you can scan for channels ,you will have to reinstall cccam (if you were using it ,if you were just watching free to air channels no need to install cccam) and you will need to reset parental settings (if you had them ) after that i hope your problem is solved .

i've tried that mate but,when i send the sgt flipflops boquet they never seem to be on my box.

Have you followed the simple guide on here?
Make sure you have the correct ip address in and select enigma 2.

i definatlly got the correct ip address,cause it says connected,and i select enigma 2 settings.I've followed the guide but when i get to step 3 sgt flipflops boquets not on the dbe

When you say it's "picking up" 19.2, do you mean it's pulling channels from 19.2?
